This orchard sprayer suspended air supply orchard spray is matched
with the tractor and connected with the rear suspension of the
tractor for suspension operation. The PTO transmission shaft drives
the spray pump and the spray blower to work at the same time.
Adopting a simple suspension method to enhance operability and
passability, with a simple mechanical transmission, the driver can
easily operate independently. During the movement of the machine,
under the joint action of the medium pressure fan and the
high-pressure medicine pump, the medicine liquid is uniformly
atomized, and the mist droplets are extremely fine. With the help
of strong and soft air flow, the front and back sides of the inner
and outer layers of branches and leaves quickly attach the medicine
liquid, saving water and medicine up to 10-55%.
This orchard sprayer is designed to work in a fan-shaped manner,
and under the push of high-pressure airflow, it forms a continuous
atomization work belt with a 270 ° fan-shaped expansion, ensuring
that there are no dead corners after spraying in the orchard. The
spraying area can reach more than 20 acres per hour. It adopts a
wide leaf fan, stable wind pressure, large air volume, good
penetration, and does not damage the fruit.
